1. How long does it take to process my order?

We process all orders within 1 business day (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed on the next business day.

2. How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped, delivery estimates are:

USA: 1–11 Business Days (Mon–Sat)

Canada: 1–11 Business Days (Mon–Sat)

United Kingdom: 1–11 Business Days (Mon–Sat)

Europe: 1–11 Business Days (Mon–Sat)

Australia: 1–11 Business Days (Mon–Sat)

New Zealand: 1–11 Business Days (Mon–Sat)

Other Countries: 1–11 Business Days (Mon–Sat)

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday starting from 8:30 AM local time.

 


 

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 3 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@healeaze.com with your full name and order number.

 


 

5. What is your return policy?

You can return items within 60 days of receiving them. We do not offer exchanges—if you need a different item, please place a new order after returning the original.

 


 

6. How do I return an item?

Email us at support@healeaze.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions.

Ship your return to the address provided.

Note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

No restocking fees apply.

7. How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

9. When will my payment be charged?

Applicable sales taxes (if any) will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations. No hidden charges will be applied beyond what you see at checkout.
